Memorial services for former Ortonville, MN, and Milbank area resident, Robert A. Loeschke, age 43, of Daytona Beach, Florida, will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, April 3, 2006, at the Central United Methodist Church in Milbank. Reverend Mark Phillips will officiate. Bob died on Sunday, March 26, 2006, at his residence in Daytona Beach. Family members are asked to meet in the church parlor/library by 1:45 p.m. Monday to attend services. There will be no visitation. Burial of his cremated remains will take place at a later date.
Bob was born on March 31, 1962, in Ortonville, MN, the son of Harlan and Judy (Etling) Loeschke. He attended Milbank High School. At the time of his death he was in Daytona Beach pursuing his lifelong dream of attending motorcycle mechanic school.
Survivors include his father and stepmother, Harlan and Janet Loeschke, Milbank; his mother, Judy (Etling) Egge, Vernonia, Oregon; one daughter, Malisa Marie Loeschke, age 18, Dassel, MN; one son, Robert Harold Loeschke, age 16, Foxholm, MN; two brothers, Doug and his wife, Petrea, Sioux Falls, and Brad, Casper, WY; his paternal grandmother, Margaret Loeschke, Ortonville, MN; one stepbrother, Calvin Schulte and his wife, Ginny, Sioux Falls; and two stepsisters, Rhonda Stevens and husband Scott, Ankeny, Iowa; and Anne Schulte, Rapid City, SD.
Bob was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Harold Loeschke, and his maternal grandparents who lived in the St. Louis, MO, area.
