Richard Sullivan

Richard Francis Sullivan was born January 18, 1944 to parents Richard and Nona (Cota) Sullivan in Graceville, MN. On February 13, 1944, he was baptized into the Holy Rosary Parish. He attended school at the Holy Rosary Academy in Graceville, MN.
On September 3, 1966, he was united in marriage with Diane (Menge) at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Graceville. To this union one son, Brian and two daughters, Shelly and Kerri were born. Richard worked for ERIN Contracting as a heavy equipment operator until his retirement. In his spare time Richard enjoyed hunting, ice fishing, turning the remote and "keeping an eye on things" while driving around and drinking a Pepsi. He especially loved playing golf, but his greatest joy was spending time with his children and grandchildren. Richard was active in the Holy Rosary Catholic Church as well as a member of IUOE Local 49.
Richard F. Sullivan passed away at the St. Cloud Hospital in St. Cloud, MN on March 4, 2005. He had reached the age of 61.
Richard is preceded in death by his father, Richard Sr. and sister, Colleen Andrews.
Survivors include his wife, Diane; son, Brian (Wendy) Sullivan; two daughters, Shelly (Jeff) Pridey and Kerri Lawrence; his mother, Nona Sullivan; one brother, Michael Sullivan; two sisters, Kathleen (Bill) Moeller and Rosemary (Gerald) Widman; four grandsons, Christopher Sullivan, Carter Sullivan, Joshua Pridey, and Brandon Lawrence; five granddaughters, Nicole Pridey, Jessica Pridey, Savanna Sullivan, Anna Pridey and Kendra Lawrence; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
