Paul Kirchberg

Paul Kirchberg, age 72, of Ortonville, MN, died on June 16, 2019.

A graveside service for Paul will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Rosen, MN, on Saturday, June 22, 2019, at 1:00 p.m. FatherJack Nordick will officiate the service.

Paul Henry Kirchberg was born on April 11, 1947, in Madison, MN, to Marcellus and Adelaide (Karels) Kirchberg. He grew up in the Bellingham and Madison area.

He farmed and also worked construction with his brother for many years, then moved to Seattle, WA, and worked installing overhead doors for 20 years. Paul moved back to Bellingham and helped out on the farm until his health started to decline.

Paul enjoyed hunting deer and golfing. He also liked a good game of cards or playing Cribbage. Paul also enjoyed watching sports, especially the Minnesota Twins, Vikings, and the Seattle Seahawks.

Paul is survived by his children: Kim (Jamie) Jahn of Madison, MN; Mike (Rachel) Kirchberg of Bellingham, MN; and Dan (Michelle) Kirchberg of Kindred, ND; grandchildren: Kylie, Karissa, Jordan, Kayla, Vanessa, Brianna, Allyssa, Isaac, Ashley, and Austin; great-grandchildren: Kingsley and Zoey; sisters: Jane Perry of Washington; Cathy (Dave) Mork of Bellingham, MN; Liz (Wayne) Brehmer of Bellingham, MN; and Phyllis (Steve) Barr of Ortonville, MN; brothers: Tom (Dolores) Kirchberg of New Ulm, MN; Marv (Jeannie) Kirchberg of Bloomington, MN; Bernie (Sharon) Kirchberg of Bellingham, MN; Arnie (Carol) Kirchberg of Milbank, SD; Pete Kirchberg of Texas; and Warren (Donna) Kirchberg of Bellingham, MN.

Preceding him in death are his parents; and one niece.
