Margo Berg was born to Robert and Karen (Bakeberg) Swigerd on July 28, 1965, in Ortonville, MN. She attended Ortonville Schools and graduated from Ortonville High School in 1983. Margo married Jon Berg in Rochester, MN, in January 10, 1992. The couple raised two sons together. Margo enjoyed reading, knitting, crafts, and cooking.
Margo passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2006, at the Memorial Hospital of Sheridan County in Sheridan, WY. She is survived by her husband, Jon Berg of Sheridan, WY; her two sons, Joshua and Nathaniel Berg both of Sheridan, WY; her mother and stepfather, Karen and Ray Davis of Sheridan, WY; her father and stepmother, Robert and Marlys Swigerd of Ortonville, MN; two brothers, Mark (Loretta) Swigerd of Ortonville, MN, and Matt (Kari) Swigerd of Austin, MN; two stepsisters, Darcy (Mike) Schloesser of LeCenter, MN, and Lisa Davis of Ogden, UT; one stepbrother, Kyle Davis of Pleasantview, UT; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Robert and Evelyn Berg of New Ulm, MN; as well as aunts and uncles, numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
Margo was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. R.H. "Butch" & Luverne Bakeberg; paternal grandparents, Joe and Elsie Swigerd; cousins, Brent Brotzel and Rick Swigerd; and one stepbrother, Blaine Hamann.
