Her sense of humor and infectious laughter often amused them, and also taught them to laugh at themselves. In her free time she enjoyed knitting, crocheting, reading, and working on crossword puzzles. Bonnie's favorite time was spent with her grandchildren who she adored.
Bonnie is survived by two daughters, Tammie (Greg) Giese and Wendy (Stephen) Barclay; son, Don (Dodi) Mendenhall; six grandchildren, Kirsten Giese, Kayla Giese, Joshua Barclay, Tim Goodman, Lance Goodman, and Tanya Goodman; and one great-granddaughter, Kalhea Goodman. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Mendenhall; daughter, Bonnie Lou Mendenhall; her parents, Frank and Lucille Bolack; brother, Jerry; and sister, Vivienne.
