Jacqueline Rene (Kipp) Reynolds was born on February 22, 1958, at Holy Trinity Hospital in Graceville, MN. She was the first born of five children to Franklin and Delores (Lureen) Kipp. Jackie attended school in Graceville and graduated from Graceville High School.
On March 2, 1974, Jackie was united in marriage with Mark R. Reynolds at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Graceville. To this union, they were blessed with their son, Richard Michael Reynolds (aka Can Man to some). The family made their home in Graceville where they lived all their lives.
Jackie did many things in her life here on Earth. First and foremost, she was a devoted wife and mother. She worked as a bartending for many years at the Frosty Mug and DO’s Tavern. She also did bookkeeping, painted homes, and did housekeeping for many residents around the Graceville area.
Jackie would do anything for the people she cared about. She enjoyed cooking and having her family over to her house for meals and almost every holiday! Her home was always cleaned spotless. Jackie enjoyed hosting pool parties in her backyard and taking care of the neighborhood kids who she thought of as her grandchildren and they lovingly thought of her as their grandma. Giving piggyback rides for all the kids was truly a joy to Jackie and it was justly entertaining to see her perform!
Jackie loved playing cards and games with all the kids and sometimes she would get a snowmobile ride to go play cards in the winter. Yahtzee was also a favorite game of Jackie’s. She enjoyed watching television shows such as Monk and Columbo. Jackie also enjoyed anything on Game Show Network and the ID Channel (Joe Kenda was her favorite). She also loved watching Disney movies with all the kids. Jackie always loved to call her loved ones on the phone and talk for hours! As time passed, she could no longer talk much on the phone so she would send out special nots to all who were in her thoughts and prayers.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 46 years, Mark Reynolds of Graceville, MN; son, Rick Reynolds of Willmar, MN; mother, Delores “Tooty” Eastman of Graceville, MN; sisters: Sheryl Kipp (Peter Rovetti) of Fort Lupton, CO; Brenda (Mike) Taffe of Graceville, MN; and Pam (Randy) Schoon of Ortonville, MN; brother, Duane Kipp of Graceville, MN; step brother, Doug (Sue) Eastman of Graceville, MN; step sisters: Mona (Tom) Berning of Willmar, MN; Lea Chlarson of Kingman, AZ; Barb Witte (Clifford Flatt, Jr.) of Beardsley, MN; brother-in-law, Allan (Joyce) Reynolds of Graceville, MN; sister-in-law, Colleen (Merlin) Ebsen of Graceville, MN; along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
