Frank Remington

Frank W. Remington, age 48, of Milbank, SD, died on January 1, 2019. A time of gathering will be held on Monday, January 7, 2019, at Mundwiler Funeral Home in Milbank from 3:00-5:00 p.m. A prayer service led by Rev. Thom Bowsher will start at 4:30 p.m.

Frank Weston Remington was born on December 31, 1970, in Antigo, Wisconsin. He was the son of Clinton G. and Sylvia R. (Wegner) Remington. Frank grew up and graduated from high school in Antigo. In 1990, he moved to Milbank, SD.

Frank loved hunting, shooting, and riding his motorcycle. He was a “tinkerer” and loved working on machines. He enjoyed his work as a machinist at Stengel Seeds, and was part of the Stengel family. Frank will be remembered as a very generous man who liked helping other people.

Frank is survived by his children: Aspen Remington, and Tori Remington; mother, Sylvia Wegner; brothers: John (Kerri) Remington of Antigo, WI; and George (Heather Bucher) Remington of Madison, WI; nieces: Ann Marie and Penny Lane; nephew, Boone; and the Stengel Family at Stengel Seeds.
