A memorial and graveside service for Charlotte Ann Loehrer, age 68, of Rapid City, SD, and formerly of Milbank, SD, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 21, 2008, at St. Lawrence Cemetery in Milbank. Her sister, The Reverend Mary Bredlau, will officiate. There will be no visitation.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jerome and Avelline Loehrer, who dedicated their entire married life to her care.
Charlotte touched many people's lives in many different ways. Her pure spirit and glorious innocence brought those who loved her and cared for her many inspirational moments. Charlotte gave people a greater appreciation of most anything, especially good health, a better understanding to accept and embrace differences in people, and a deeper sense of joy and love.
Charlotte will be buried and reunited next to her parents, as surely as she is in spirit. Loving thoughts for those who live with physical and mental challenges in their lives will be a perfect memorial for Charlotte.
She is lovingly survived by her sisters, Betty Adelman and husband Jim, Rapid City, SD; Reverend Mary Bredlau and husband Kurt, Las Vegas, NV; and Theresa Wurst and husband Paul, Scottsdale, AZ; as well as nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
