Charlene "Char" Kane

Charlene “Char” (Ritter) Kane,  age 53, of Graceville, MN, passed away on May 12, 2021, at Essentia Health-Grace Home in Graceville.

A graveside service be held on Saturday, May 22, at 2:00 p.m. at Graceville Consolidated Cemetery in Graceville. Fr. Brian Oestreich will officiate.

Charlene Renae Ritter was born on September 5, 1967, in Graceville, MN, to Ronald and Vicky (Selness) Ritter. Char grew up in and attended school in Graceville. She moved to Washington State with her mother at the age of 9. She enjoyed hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors with her father when she was young. Char worked various jobs in Washington, most recently as a vendor for Home Depot. She suffered a workplace injury in 2008 and moved back to Graceville in 2010. She enjoyed watching TV and doing word puzzles.

Char Kane is survived by her brother, Derek Ritter of Graceville; aunts: Carol (Al) Buller, Marilyn (Dennis) Menge, Jeanine (Curt) Pederson; uncles Dave Ritter, and Todd (Beth) Ritter.
