Audrain Nosbusch

Audrain “Jigs” John Nosbusch was born on July 21, 1926, the second of twins, to John and Mary (Karner) Nosbusch, in St. Leo, MN. Audrain was baptized on July 25, 1926, in the Roman Catholic Faith at the Church of St. Leo in St. Leo, MN.
The family moved in March of 1927 to a farm near Barry, MN. Audrain attended school in Barry, MN and in 1955; he joined the Army until his honorable discharge on March 21, 1957. Audrain lived and worked on the family farm until November of 2008, when he moved into Graceville, MN.
Audrain was very active in sports, especially local sports teams. He was also in regular attendance of his nieces and nephews at their sporting events. Audrain also enjoyed gardening and mowing lawn.
Audrain died on Friday, January 2, 2009 at his home in Graceville, having lived to reach the age of 82 years.
Audrain is survived by two sisters: his twin, Audrey Nosbusch of Graceville, and Madeline (Dennis) Hogan of Bloomington, MN; sister-in-law, Lavonne Nosbusch of Brentwood Heights, CA; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Audrain is preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers: Mike, Frank and Ben; and 4 sisters: Helen Mauch, Esther Nosbusch, Veronica Buller, and Mildred Kowalzyk.
