Idele "Ardella" Minnie Grace Kohler was born on September 04, 1921 near Correll, MN to parents Joseph and Ida (Niraese) Kohler. Ardella was the youngest child with four brothers and five sisters. Ardella was baptized on July 03, 1945 at St. John's church in Ortonville, and was confirmed on March 18, 1973 at First English Lutheran Church in Ortonville. Ardella attended the Artichoke Country School up through eighth grade. The family of the late Junior and late Helen Carlson was a second family to Ardella. Ardella lived at Clinton Providence Center for several years, and in March of 2004 she moved to Grace Home in Graceville. Ardella enjoyed playing BINGO and folding towels and laundry at Clinton Providence Center.
Ardella was a kindhearted person who enjoyed helping others, sharing treats, and was rich in spirit. She also loved sending and receiving cards and letters to people she knew.
